Azure Engineer
We’re looking for an experienced Azure engineer who wants to work on diverse, challenging client projects across industries.
We are looking for new professionals to join Pareto's journey
Pareto is a growing software company built around experienced professionals and a sharp focus on what delivers results.
We currently have over 50 senior software professionals on our team, and we’re hiring more this year. We’re looking for an experienced Azure engineer who wants to work on diverse, challenging client projects across industries.
What will you do?
You will work on our clients’ Azure environments, typically as an engineer, occasionally as an architect or technical lead when the project calls for it. We deliver full projects and integrate into our clients’ teams.
Projects span industries like technology, manufacturing, defense, process industry, energy, logistics, food production, healthcare, and the public sector. The common factor: organizations with complex data and cloud infrastructure needs that require deep Azure expertise.
Your work will focus on building and developing Azure data and cloud environments. This includes platforms like Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks, along with the supporting infrastructure: networking, identity, security, and cost governance.
You’ll have direct influence on client projects, technology choices, and engineering practices.
What we expect
At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with Azure services. You understand how Azure environments are structured and how to build them so they scale, stay secure, and remain manageable.
Strong experience with Azure data services: Fabric, Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, or similar. You know how to design and implement data pipelines, manage data storage, and connect systems.
Understanding of Azure networking, identity management, and security practices. You can set up environments that meet production requirements without overcomplicating them.
Ability to work with clients. You can communicate technical decisions in business terms and adapt to different organizational contexts.
Application development experience and database expertise are valued. So are Azure certifications such as Azure Data Engineer Associate, Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate, or other Azure credentials. These are not required but considered an advantage.
What we offer
Salary based on your experience: 5000–6500 EUR/month.
Comprehensive benefits: extensive occupational healthcare, leisure-time accident and travel insurance, lunch benefit, recreation benefit, phone and internet allowances, and work tools of your choice.
A team of experienced professionals who care about the quality of what they build. You'll work alongside senior engineers solving real problems with some of Finland's most demanding organizations.
We're an informal, close-knit community where people back each other up. We organize activities and events based on what the team wants to do.
A large part of your waking hours is spent at work, and we believe you should be able to be yourself and enjoy what you do. Flat hierarchy, low bureaucracy, focus on what matters.
